was originally formed by Robert Yunker Sr. in 1950. Throughout
the years he has built numerous single family houses, multi-family,
condominiums, and commercial buildings. Mr. Yunker has recently
expanded his developments into Florida with luxury single-family
homes and condominiums located on the Gulf on Mexico. RY Properties
